This plan is intended for all undertakings consuming increased amounts of electricity at night. The settlement charge on the bill is calculated based on the 4-month electricity consumption.

If your supply line falls under this category, you can ensure savings for your undertaking and benefit from the following additional privileges:
- • An additional 1% discount on the applicable charge for consumption levels exceeding 5,000 kWh/4-months.
- • Reward for timely payment of bills: Additional discount of 1% on the competitive section of the official commercial tariffs of HERON THERMOELECTRIC SA (hereinafter ‘HERON’), for customers who have chosen to pay their bills by standing bank order.
- • Reward for good and long-standing cooperation: Reimbursement of 25% of the total deposit upon completion of one (1) full year of cooperation, provided no outstanding payments exist.

Regulated (monopolistic) Charges, as determined administratively and calculated for all consumers in the same way, irrespective of the electricity supplier chosen.
More specifically, regulated charges are:
- • Transmission Network Use & Other Charges (Transmission System operating, maintenance and development costs and charges imposed by law to ensure the smooth functioning of the market);
- • Distribution Network Use (Medium and Low Voltage Distribution Network operating, maintenance and development costs);
- • Public Utility Services (PUS - relating to the increased cost for supplying electricity to consumers on the non-interconnected islands and the supply of electricity at reduced tariffs to consumers with many children).
- • Special Duty for Reduction of Gas Emissions (ETMEAR)
Guarantee/ deposit
The Customer undertakes to pay to HERON a guarantee/ deposit against consumption, equal to the guarantee/ deposit already paid to the current supplier.
The amount of the guarantee/ deposit against consumption will be invoiced in the first bill sent by HERON to the Customer and will be reimbursed to the Customer with no interest upon termination of the cooperation between the two parties.
