Facilities connected to Medium Voltage

For facilities connected to Medium Voltage (with an Agreed Capacity exceeding 250 kVA), HERON prepares a personalized proposal based on an analysis of their energy characteristics and operating profile. To that end, it is necessary to study the twelve (12) last electricity bills of discharge for each Medium Voltage supply line.

More specifically, the following steps must be taken before we are able to send you a financial offer:

  1. Contact with the Medium Voltage Customer Care Department and direct consultation with a specialized account manager, who will be personally responsible for handling your request.
  2. Study of the facility’s energy profile with a view to preparing a financial offer setting out in detail the charges included in the competitive part of the HERON tariffs, comparative analyses in relation to the current supplier’s charges, an estimate of your annual financial gain and the general conditions of cooperation.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER

Upon acceptance of the offer, HERON undertakes to complete the representation procedures within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days. The following data and documents are required to handle all the required steps:

  1. a signed Electricity Supply Contract;
  2. a Notice of Termination of the Contract concluded with the current supplier;
  3. your company’s required legalizing documents.

Depending on your company’s legal form, the legalizing documents required are:

for SOCIÉTÉS ANONYMES (SA)

  • the company’s valid Statutes and the relevant Government Gazette issue;
  • an excerpt from the latest General Assembly on the election of the company’s Board of Directors and the relevant Government Gazette issue;
  • an excerpt from a Board of Director’s meeting on the appointment of a company representative and the relevant Government Gazette issue;
  • a photocopy of the legal representative’s ID card.

for LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (LTD)

  • a copy of the full text of each amendment to the company agreement;
  • a copy of the Government Gazette issue in which a summary of the company agreement was published and copies of other Government Gazette issues that include any amendments thereto;
  • a photocopy of the legal representative’s ID card.

for LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS (EE) / GENERAL PARTNERSHIPS (OE)

  • a copy of the full text of each amendment to the company agreement;
  • a photocopy of the legal representative’s ID card.
