How much CO2 do you emit to the environment?

In the framework of raising public awareness for the protection of the environment, HERON Group once again launches the new and innovative CO₂ calculation tool.

Its slogan is: “Let’s all work together to reduce CO₂”.

The CO₂ calculator, which is accessible for all consumers, calculates the quantity of carbon dioxide (CO₂) we all emit to the environment. The process is based on filling out a simple questionnaire found on the website of HERON, which collects information (solely and exclusively for statistical purposes) about a person’s residence, commuting, purchases and daily habits.

Are you mindful of not leaving your lights on in your house? What is your mode of transportation to work?

These are 2 of the 24 very short questions that must be answered in order to learn how much carbon dioxide (CO₂) we release to the environment. If the results show that we are above the relevant average value, then we ought to rethink several habits with “high environmental impact”, starting from our small everyday actions.

The purpose of this application is not merely to train the public about the environmental effects of our lifestyle, but to also provide simple green solution in order to become actively involved in the goal of achieving zero CO² emissions.
