REGISTER YOUR OWN READINGS

The new “Register Your Own Readings” by HERON gives you the ability to record your electricity consumption in your home or business, based on the actual readings of your Meter. This way, your estimated bills won’t be issued according to estimated consumptions.

STEPS

FOR PLAIN METERS

First, you need to confirm your Supply Connection Number, which is stated in your bill; this is also the number found on the metal tag of your meter. Next, write down the meter reading without the decimal digits.

FOR DUAL METERS

First, you need to confirm your Supply Connection Number, which is stated in your bill; this is also the number found on the metal tag of your meter. Next, write down the two indications: the reading K (for calculating your day consumption) and the reading M (for calculating your night consumption).

FOR DIGITAL METERS

First, you need to confirm your Supply Connection Number, which is stated in your bill; this is also the number found on the metal tag of your meter. See below to decode the indications:

Indication 1.8.1 shows your day consumption

Indication 1.8.2 shows your night consumption

Indication 1.8.0 shows your total consumption (day & night)
