Establishment of HERON II VOIOTIA THERMAL POWER PLANT S.A. and construction of HERON II, the second gas-fuelled power plant with a 435MW capacity; its facilities are situated outside Thiva, Prefecture of Voiotia.
HERON THERMOELECTRIC S.A. begins supplying electricity to businesses and private individuals, thanks to its licence to supply electricity of 128MW capacity to clients, which the company has already officially held since 2004.
