Deduction of Distribution Network Charges for February for all consumers affected
HEDNO is acknowledging the inconvenience experienced by thousands of households due to the extreme weather conditions, and with a sense of duty and responsibility, has decided to deduct the Distribution Network Charges from bills for the month of February.
The Distribution Network Charge shall be deducted for all accounts of customers who were affected, regardless of their electricity supplier.
HEDNO will deduct the amount corresponding to this charge from all of these accounts and shall send the amounts to the suppliers.
This deduction shall be incorporated to the bills that will be sent to the consumers in the upcoming period, depending on the period of invoicing used by each supplier.
