We inform you that HERON THERMOELECTRICS S.A., Supplier of Electricity, listed in the Registry for Market Participants with Registry Code Number “29XHERONTHERMELC”, in the framework of compliance with the “Directives for the transparency and verifiability of rates in the competitive segment of Low Voltage invoices” issued by the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy (Resolution No: 409/2020-FEK B’1634/14-04-2020), proceeded to the Amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of its Commercial Programs, which shall henceforth be valid, in their amended form, as GENERAL TERMS (G.T.).
