IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Electronic Payment Code is about to change.
HERON, in the framework of the continuous upgrade of its Systems, modifies the Electronic Payment Code (EPC) stated in the Electricity Bills of its customers. The date scheduled for the transition to the new EPC is 07.06.2021.
From that date onwards, the new 25-digit EPC featured in the Bills will begin with the letters RF.
You can continue using the current EPC for your payments until you receive the new payment code through your Bill.
If you have activated a direct debit order, the transition to the new EPC will take effect automatically and without any additional procedures.
If you wish to activate a direct debit order for the first time in order to pay your Bills, we recommend that you do so after 7/6/2021, in order to use the new 25-digit Electronic Payment Code which will be stated on Bills issued after June 2021.
