The special levy for ELAPE (Special Account for RES) for the year 2021, equal to 0.002 €/kWh for energy consumption of meters represented by Suppliers during 2020 is applied on the basis of Article 157 of Law 4759/2020 (published in the Official Government Gazette of the Hellenic Republic (FEK) Vol. A, no 245/09.12.2020) and the provisions of the General Term 1.3.1 of the Electricity Supply Agreement. This special levy constitutes an earning of the subaccount of contributions in favor of the RES** and HECHP*** special account for the interconnected system and grid or the subaccount of contributions in favor of the RES and HECHP special account.
