We inform you that HERON THERMOELECTRICS S.A., in its capacity as Certified Natural Gas Supplier (by virtue of Resolution with reference number 870/2012 by the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) of Greece, as amended and currently in force), in the framework of its harmonization with the exemption of DEPA COMMERCIAL S.A. from the obligation to implement a program for the sale of Natural Gas quantities through electronic auctions, pursuant to the provisions of the Resolution with reference number 723/2020 by the Plenary Session of the Hellenic Competition Commission, has proceeded to the Amendment of Article C6 “Tariffs - Agreed Rates” of the General Terms and Conditions of its Commercial Programs, which, in its amended form, shall become retroactively effective as of January 1st, 2021, as follows: ARTICLE 6 OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
